The real "sizing' of the item will still depend on the cut and farbic/material used. We have made a real effort to add this information on the product description.

We ship free within Germany with a minimum purchase of EUR 99,00 and within the European Community EU* and United Kingdom with a minimum purchase of EUR 250,00

**Please note that we can only reserve unpaid orders for five working days. Unpaid orders will be cancelled after that.
For countries outside the european union, you can find shipping cost estimates by choosing first your country then zip code on the check out page. The shipping charges won't appear on your total until the final stage of payment.
NON EU SHIPPING TIME: Please note that we have no control over the shipment once it reaches the destination country outside the european union, how long it is held at customs and how quickly it is delivered by the forwarding company. In our experience, it takes about 7-10 working days to reach the destination country. After this, it is given a grace period of 20 days before we can file a missing package inquiry. No, we have never lost a package but it has taken up to 30 days to be delivered in some cases, specifically in the U.S.A.
DHL EXPRESS SHIPPING TIME: DHL EXPRESS does overnight delivery to countries within the european union and to New York City, U.S.A. and up to 4 working days in other countries and regions. However they will have no influence on how quickly the packages are processed by Customs.
VAT Refunds: for all non-EU orders, effective 25 April 2016 we will be deducting the VAT from the paypal payments, after you have authorized the full amount including VAT. This means we will be accepting the amounts you have authorized minus the 19%. The difference will remain on your Paypal account untouched. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this matter.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
If you wish to return an item, it must be postmarked for return to us within 14 days from the day you received the package.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will found out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
